Shipping and Returns:



The cost of domestic (United States) shipping is included in your purchase price. Every painting ships for free!

If you would like your painting shipped internationally, outside the United States, please contact us at hello@christinehofferstudios to get a shipping cost estimate.

We will be in touch within 1 day of your purchase to give you an exact shipping and delivery estimate. We are generally able to ship within 3 days of purchase. Occasionally a painting will be too wet to ship within the 3 day time frame. In these cases, we will notify you of the date of shipping and the estimated arrival date. 

All paintings are shipped with USPS and tracking is included. If you are interested in using a different delivery carrier, please contact us at hello@christinehofferstudios for options.



I am happy to accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Commissions
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Once you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
